If you would like to return or exchange an item you ordered, please ship the item(s) back to the following address::

If you return any item(s), please ship your items postage-paid, insured, with a tracking number. Allow 2-3 weeks for processing, once your item is received. A credit for the purchase amount will be issued to your credit card account, and a refund issued if you paid by check or money order. Unfortunately, we cannot refund shipping and handling charges or return postage.
 
If you exchange your item(s), , please return the item(s) using an insured and/or traceable service to the Returns Department address. Fill out the reverse side of your sales receipt explaining in detail what you are exchanging the item(s) for. Your exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days. If the exchange is due to an incorrect ordering procedure for the customer, the customer is responsible for shipping charges for the exchanged item. If the exchange is due to an incorrect ordering procedure by ShopAircast.com, there will be no shipping charge required.
