"Somehow the tendon on my left foot tore. Started with crutches and an Aluminum Splint. Two weeks after the operation one of this was put on by the Doctor. It works much much better than the aluminum splint that was put on at the surgery. Was told to stay off of the foot for another two weeks but it was too tempting and started using it after a week. Expect to be fully ambulatory by next visit."

"Jackie, I had a severely sprained ankle, and found that a taller boot (such as the FP or XP walker) immobilized my ankle better and provided much more comfort.
