Must-Have Protection for Leg Injury Recovery

One of the most important things to do after a lower leg or ankle injury is to make sure you don't re-injure it again. The Aircast Leg Brace is designed to protect your lower leg and ankle during rehabilitation. It has the same world-renown protection as the Aircast Air Stirrup, but protects more than just your ankle. It stabilizes and compresses the entire lower leg to prevent unwanted movement or shifting of the bones while healing.

A great feature of the Aircast Leg Brace is that you can wear it with your shoes. Most other leg braces keep you stuck indoors or in bed. The Aircast Leg Braces allows protected movement during recovery, so you can get back to regular activities as soon as possible.

When you select your Aircast Leg Brace, be sure to choose the correct model. One is made for the left leg and one is made for the right leg. Both models are also available with an optional anterior panel which is placed along the inside leg. This panel is removable and is great for those who need extra protection for their shin bone (tibia).

The Aircast Leg Brace is used to treat or prevent the following injuries:

• Minor, stable fractures in the lower leg (tibia and fibula)
• Stress fractures (or distal tibia and fibula stress fractures)
