By using the concept of “functional management” as the principal behind innovative product designs, Aircast pioneered the functional management of ankle sprains using patented technology and graduated, pneumatic compression.

Ankle Braces
Aircast pioneered the functional management of ankle sprains by developing the Air-Stirrup Ankle Brace. The Aircast line includes a wide variety of ankle braces and supports for the foot and ankle.

Walking Braces
Aircast Walking Braces help reduce edema with pulsating, graduated compression, ensure protection with the semi-rigid shell, promote stability from custom-inflated aircells that maintain limb contact, and reduce plantar pressure with a rocker bottom.

Cryo/cuff Cold Therapy
Combines the therapeutic benefits of controlled compression to minimize hemarthrosis and swelling, and cold to minimize pain. Each Cryo/cuff is anatomically designed to provide maximum coverage to the injured area. Cuffs are available for both adults and children.

Knee Braces
Aircast uses its aircell technology to provide focused compression in its knee braces.

Vascular Systems
