For over 30 years, Aircast has provided patients with functional treatment options for their injuries like ankle sprains, plantar fasciitis, tennis elbow, and more. By using the concept of “functional management” as the principal behind innovative product designs, Aircast pioneered the functional management of ankle sprains using patented technology and graduated, pneumatic compression.

Ankle Braces
Since 1978, Aircast Ankle Braces have been the "standard of care" for the functional management of ankle injuries and have been cited in over 100 medical journals for their superior performance in helping heal ankle injuries. Functional management means wearing the brace enables you to continue your daily activities while recovering from your injury. The most popular ankle brace in the Aircast line is the Aircast Air-Stirrup, which features anatomically designed shells lined with the patented Duplex™ aircell system. This exclusive system incorporates two pre-inflated overlapping aircells that provide support and produce graduated compression during movement. The compression reduces swelling in addition to helping accelerate rehabilitation.

Walking Braces
Clinical studies prove that cold and compression is effective in reducing post-operative swelling and regaining range of motion. Aircast Cryo Cuffs combine the therapeutic benefits of focused compression with cold therapy to reduce hemarthrosis, edema and pain. The cuffs are anatomically designed to completely fit the targeted area of the body and provide maximum cryotherapy.

Cryo/Cuff Cold Therapy
Combines the therapeutic benefits of controlled compression to minimize hemarthrosis and swelling, and cold to minimize pain. Each Cryo/cuff is anatomically designed to provide maximum coverage to the injured area. Cuffs are available for both adults and children.

Upper Extremity
Aircast has designed a number of braces specifically for the arm, wrist, shoulder and elbow to provide comfortable support during post-operative healing and can also be used to help prevent injury and pain from exercise and other activities.
